ME Lab

 ME Lab operates on the foundational principles of the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach and Multisensory Structured Language (MSL), both of which are highly effective for supporting individuals with dyslexia, ADHD/ADD, and related learning differences.

We are excited to also offer the Maths U See program, a highly-regarded, evidence-based system that provides a hands-on, multi-sensory approach to mastering mathematical concepts. This program is designed to support diverse learning needs and help students build a deep understanding and confidence in mathematics.

We work with individuals, small groups, and larger classes, providing a structured, evidence-based approach to literacy instruction. 

Our Literacy programs emphasise the direct teaching of phonemic and phonological awareness, spelling rules, patterns, and morphology (the study of word structure). This comprehensive method is designed to enhance both written expression and decoding skills, significantly reducing the challenges associated with reading and writing.

Each session is carefully tailored to the learner’s needs, incorporating a range of visual, auditory, and tactile resources to ensure an engaging, hands-on experience. 

This multisensory approach not only maximises learning outcomes, but also helps build confidence, providing students with a sense of accomplishment after each lesson.

Please note: Every new student will undergo an initial assessment to determine their specific needs and establish a personalized learning plan.
